COVID Policy

Founders Alliance follows recommendations and measures taken to prevent the spread of the covid-19 infection. Both according to the Public Health Agency's guidelines and the Swedish Pandemic Law.

Upon arrival at the City Hall you will be asked to show a digital COVID vaccination certificate (of two doses). If you're not fully vaccinated you need to show an antigen test no older than 48 hours or PCR test no older than 72 hours. Bring your Passport or ID.

You need to take the following steps in order to get a digital certificate

  1. Get vaccinated. Two doses. Within seven days, in Sweden the vaccination will be registered in the National Vaccination Register (www.covidbevis.se).
  2. If you're not vaccinated with two doses you need to take an antigen test or an PCR test.

Current rules and recommendations

We will follow the current rules and recommendations: Indoor arrangements with seating for a maximum of 300 participants. Parties of maximum eight people per table to keep a distance for at least one meter sideways, forwards and backwards from other table seatings.

  • we do not exceed 8 per table
  • you can choose to participate virtually

Personal responsibility

Close contact and long-term meetings increase the risk of spreading the infection. You are obliged to take precautionary measures to protect yourself and others against the spread of covid-19. You need to think how you can avoid becoming infected and how to avoid infecting others. You have to show consideration for your fellow human beings, which is particularly important in relation to people in risk groups and follow the basic precautions. To avoid the spread of covid-19 you should

  • stay home in case of symptoms of covid-19,
  • wash your hands often and thoroughly and use hand sanitizer, and
  • stay informed about specific recommendations from The Swedish Public Health Agency in Sweden.

It is up to everyone to show respect to their fellow colleagues.
