A facilitated peer workshop designed to connect founders and explore the challenges and opportunities that matter most to you right now.

Each participant will have the opportunity to share a real challenge, opportunity or question - and gain perspectives, experiences and ideas from peer founders.

The conversation can span your operating companies as well as other areas of your founder journey, including investments, ownership and impact.

Each participant briefly introduces themselves and shares their number-one challenge or opportunity - the question they would most value input from fellow founders on.

Moderators share the key insights, reflections and ideas emerging from the workshop.

A few days before the workshop, you will receive further details about the participating founders.

Moderators from each round table will share a short summary of the key insights, reflections, and ideas that emerged during the workshops, highlighting the most valuable takeaways from the discussions.

Each participant identifies and writes down 1–2 concrete actions they will implement in their company. This ensures that the insights gained during the workshop translate into next steps.

The session concludes with a 5-minute Female Founders Summit evaluation, allowing participants to reflect on key takeaways and provide feedback.
