Founders Female Growth Workshop

A general workshop to introduce founders to each other and dive deep into key areas of company development. The focus will be on exchange between participants' challenges and opportunities to scale and sustain businesses. 

Each of you will receive input and share experiences of your growth, including your operative companies and other engagements (investments, impact, and ownership) with input from others.

Agenda

1. Short Intro and Welcome: The workshop facilitator will welcome participants and introduce the workshop, and act as the moderator to ensure a great exchange for all participants.

2. Participant Introductions and Input: Each participant will have time to introduce themselves and explain their number one challenge or opportunity for which they seek input from other founders.

3. General Exchange on Key Challenges: An exchange on the key challenges identified during the introductions.

Examples of Areas Covered in Earlier Founders Growth Workshops:

• How to lead distributed organisations including merged/acquired companies
• How to scale internationally and the role of the founder
• Other ownership and engagements, such as investments in other firms
• The business of doing good: our broader impact engagements within or outside our commercial companies
• New innovation and what keeps me happy with entrepreneurship as a means: personal balance, health.

A few days before the workshop, you will get further details on who participate.

Moderators from each round table will share a short summary of the key insights, reflections, and ideas that emerged during the workshops, highlighting the most valuable takeaways from the discussions.

Each participant identifies and writes down 1–2 concrete actions they will implement in their company. This ensures that the insights gained during the workshop translate into next steps.

The session concludes with a 5-minute Female Founders Summit evaluation, allowing participants to reflect on key takeaways and provide feedback.

After the workshops, we will all meet for a mingle in Spegelbaren. During the Power Mingle, participants connect and share how they can support one another through contacts, knowledge, and resources.

The conversations extend beyond the room, tapping into the wider Founders Alliance network and creating opportunities for collaboration with both female and male founders across the community.

• Please exit Spegelbaren and enter the gala via Berzelii Park.

• As a female founder, you are entitled to a 50% discount on your gala ticket. Kindly register, and we will send you an invoice. Price: 2,300 SEK (Regular Price: 4,600 SEK)

• Restrooms near Spegelbaren are available should you wish to change before the gala.

The venue will close at 18:00, and the celebration will begin with drinks at Berns Terrace.
