A short opening by Patricia Olby Kimondo, Founder of People Productions, Pamoja, and Double Up Impact. Patricia is also a Founders Alliance Ambassador Member and a Leader of the Founders Alliance Female Founders Quest.

Purpose: To provide inspiration and concrete examples for each theme.

Format: Short founders case study keynotes (10 minutes each) covering all four themes:

1. Scaling & Growth Strategy – Insights from a founder navigating international expansion, operational challenges, and sustainable scaling.

2. Fundraising & Financial Planning – A founder’s experience with raising capital, pitching investors, and managing budgets and cash flow.

3. Product, Innovation & AI Integration – How AI and innovation were applied to optimize product development, customer experience, or operations.

4. Leadership, Team & Governance – Building strong, inclusive leadership teams and implementing effective governance structures.

After the introduction, all participants choose one theme to focus on during the workshop - a theme that aligns with their most important company challenges. This allows you to dig deep into their chosen theme and exchange insights with other female founders.

The session is designed as a “give and gain” format, where each founder contributes their experience, knowledge, and ideas to help others navigate similar challenges.

The workshop begins with a facilitator explaining the round table process and outlining the expected outcomes, ensuring participants know how to maximize the session and walk away with actionable insights.

Participants join the table corresponding to their chosen main challenge theme, with each table moderated by a facilitator or keynote speaker. 

Process: 

• Each founder presents their main company challenge. 
• The group engages in peer discussion, sharing solutions, insights, and actionable strategies. 
• The moderator ensures key takeaways are captured and summarized for all participants.

Moderators highlight patterns, best practices, and innovative solutions observed across themes. Include relevant AI insights or tools where applicable.

Each participant identifies and writes down 1–2 concrete actions they will implement in their company. This ensures that the insights gained during the workshop translate into next steps.

The session concludes with a 5-minute Female Founders Summit evaluation, allowing participants to reflect on key takeaways and provide feedback

During the Power Mingle, participants connect and share how they can support each other with contacts, knowledge, and resources within the wider Founders Alliance network, including both female and male founders.
