The purpose of the awards is to inspire sustainable company building by rewarding and highlighting particularly successful company founders.

The finalists in each category introduce and present themselves and their companies to a jury. The winners in each category are chosen by our Founders Jury and are rewarded at the Founders Awards Gala on September 22, where the winners receive the Growth Rings in silver and gold. 

We have one Founders Awards Jury for each of the categories:

• Young Founder of the Year
• Founder of the Year Small Sized Companies
• Founder of the Year Mid Sized Companies
• Founder of the Year Large Sized Companies
