Samtalsringen x Founders Alliance: From Displacement to Belonging

Hufvudsta Gård Boutique House, 171 73 Solna

An interactive two-hour experience with Samtalsringen

What happens when we pause, put our phones away and meet one another beyond our professional roles?

The experience begins with a talk by Charbel Gabro on inclusion and human connection. Drawing on his own experiences, Charbel takes participants on a journey through displacement, emotion and the search for belonging. His talk opens up questions about what we carry with us, how we see one another, and what can happen when someone is truly listened to.

Abbe Alzarzour and Charbel then introduce Samtalsringen: how the method came about and how honest conversations can create space for empathy, openness and personal responsibility. Participants are invited to try parts of the method in smaller groups, guided by questions that encourage reflection and attentive listening.

The experience ends with a shared reflection: What did it bring up? What will we take with us? And what might change in our lives and organisations if we made more room for honest conversations?

This is not a traditional business seminar. It is an opportunity to pause, listen and connect on a more human level. Participants choose how much they wish to share; the invitation is simply to be present and listen.

The central question: What could change in our companies and our lives if we made more room for honest conversations?

With:

  • Charbel Gabro, Founder of Samtalsringen
  • Abbe Alzarzour, Chairman of Samtalsringen
  • Angela Rossi, Board Member of Samtalsringen

Format: A two-hour interactive experience, beginning with Charbel’s talk and continuing with an introduction to Samtalsringen, conversations in smaller groups and a shared reflection.

Jonas Bohr

About Jonas Bohr

Jonas Bohr is a Swedish entrepreneur, investor and endurance cyclist whose journey challenges conventional ideas about age, performance and human potential.

After discovering cycling in his early forties, Jonas embarked on a remarkable journey that took him from recreational cycling to the world stage. Despite having no significant sporting background, he developed into an elite masters cyclist and set multiple world records in endurance cycling, demonstrating that it is never too late to pursue ambitious goals and redefine personal limits.

His journey has been shaped by curiosity, determination and a willingness to question established truths about performance, health and ageing. Even after serious accidents and injuries, Jonas has continued to push his boundaries, exploring how training, nutrition, recovery, mindset and lifestyle work together to unlock human potential.

Alongside his entrepreneurial and investment experience, Jonas brings a distinctive perspective on lifelong development, resilience and the relationship between ambition and personal responsibility.

His central message: Our potential is not necessarily determined by our age or where we start, but by our willingness to keep learning, challenging ourselves and taking responsibility for our development.
