An interactive two-hour experience with Samtalsringen
What happens when we pause, put our phones away and meet one another beyond our professional roles?
The experience begins with a talk by Charbel Gabro on inclusion and human connection. Drawing on his own experiences, Charbel takes participants on a journey through displacement, emotion and the search for belonging. His talk opens up questions about what we carry with us, how we see one another, and what can happen when someone is truly listened to.
Abbe Alzarzour and Charbel then introduce Samtalsringen: how the method came about and how honest conversations can create space for empathy, openness and personal responsibility. Participants are invited to try parts of the method in smaller groups, guided by questions that encourage reflection and attentive listening.
The experience ends with a shared reflection: What did it bring up? What will we take with us? And what might change in our lives and organisations if we made more room for honest conversations?
This is not a traditional business seminar. It is an opportunity to pause, listen and connect on a more human level. Participants choose how much they wish to share; the invitation is simply to be present and listen.
The central question: What could change in our companies and our lives if we made more room for honest conversations?
