Future of Leadership with Hans Åkerblom & Tommy Lindgren
"Change is the natural state and there is a time for everything"
The future doesn't exist; we create it with our thoughts, images, and dreams. But what kind of future do we really want? And how do we create it together?
Format: This workshop starts with an interview on the future of Leadership by Tommy Lindgren with Hans Åkerblom followed by interactive roundtable workshops with all participants facilitated by Tommy Lindgren and Hans Åkerblom.
For whom: Founders interested in broadening their perspective on entrepreneurship and the role of the company, the team, and people.
Overview
Hans Åkerblom's Leadership Tool was first developed in 1973 at Pharmacia and later trademarked as LOTS®. Over 6,700 leaders in 60 countries have been certified as Lotscoach®.
It can be easy, but sometimes challenging, to think and act "Outside-in & Inside-out" in balance over time. You will gain insight into reflecting based on the five aspects: the body, emotions, thoughts, soul, and spirit. This reflection helps find balance, and promotes feeling love instead of stress and fear.
You will also explore the process/tool where a goal is where we want to be and when, an activity is what we have to do, and a completed activity is what must be done by a certain time to reach our goals.
Money serves as the financial requirement for our actions, leading to financial consequences on the way to our goals.
In smaller groups, you will test the "Art of Open Process Questioning" using the help of the 7 friends.
All participants will receive a copy of the book "Change is the natural state and there is a time for everything", written by Hans Åkerblom about his life, upbringing, and experiences as a leader.
About:
- Hans Åkerblom: Founder of LOTS AB
- Tommy Lindgren: Co-owner LOTS AB & Founders Group 12 Leader
