It is with great pleasure that we warmly welcome you to the 22nd Founders Awards Gala and an evening with your peer large scale founders at Grand Hôtel, Stockholm, Sweden on September 20, 2023.

The celebration begins with a pre-Gala Drink at 6:00 pm (18:00). During the Founders Awards Gala we will enjoy a 3-course dinner, exchange experiences and insights as we are inspired by the evening’s festivities. 

Founders from various countries around the world are nominated in each of the three categories of Founder of the Year, Young Founder of the Year and Founder of the Year Honorary Award. 

The winners will be announced at the 22nd Founders Awards Gala at Grand Hôtel, Stockholm, September 20, 2023.

Founders Awards is a number of awards such as Young Founder of the Year, Founder of the Year and Founder of the Year Honorary Award, presented annually by Founders Alliance in Sweden to recognize achievement amongst founders. 

The awards were first presented in 2001, and winners will receive the commonly called Growth Rings. The purpose is to inspire the sustainable creation of companies by rewarding and spotlighting particularly successful ones. 

To encourage long-term, sustainable and equal ownership, Founders Alliance pays attention to female and male founders in every step of the entrepreneurial journey and honor winners in five categories: from the young founder, through all phases of a company’s growth cycle to the founder who through a lifetime achievement has developed one or more companies, and who embodies a true role model for other founders.

The Growth Rings

What all founders have in common is that they themselves are a seed that grows into a successful company. Just like trees in a forest, founders are the most important organism in the ecosystem that creates growth in the world. The symbol that pays tribute to these successful founders we call The Growth Rings.

Dress Code - Cocktail Attire

For Women

As a general rule, stay away from both maxi and mini dresses and opt for something in between. You don't have to wear a cocktail dress to a cocktail party, though jumpsuits, pantsuits, blazers, and blouses in fine materials are all great alternatives.

For Men

A suit is required for men's cocktail attire. It can be a full suit or separate blazer and pants, but they should still look formal. 

As always, we have room for adding a little more of your personal style.

Founders Alliance at a Glance

Founders Alliance was established in 2002 by Niclas Carlsson. Today Founders Alliance is a premium collaborative business forum for founders of large-scale corporations, owners of international growth companies and engaged in multiple social impact initiatives around the globe.

Founders Alliance facilitates a platform for collaboration for founders (members) incl. Founders Groups, one-to-one introductions, closed online communities, international business trips and events (hybrid). 

The Founders World Summit, which is the annual culmination delivered for the 9th time September, September 19-20 2023 interlinked with the 22nd Founders Awards Gala September 20, 2023 at Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.

Its membership comprises over 300 high performing founders owning over 3000 companies in all parts of the world stretching across all industries and areas of expertise.
