Stefan Krook is one of Sweden’s most experienced and influential serial entrepreneurs and impact-driven business leaders, known for combining successful entrepreneurship with positive societal impact.

Stefan began his entrepreneurial journey as a student at the Stockholm School of Economics, founding and later taking the telecommunications company Glocalnet public. Since then, he has driven numerous business and social innovations, focusing on leveraging market forces to create meaningful change.

He is the founder of GodEl, an energy company that challenged the traditional market by donating all profits to charity through the foundation GoodCause, which Stefan co-initiated with other entrepreneurs. GoodCause has channeled significant resources to nonprofit initiatives, demonstrating how businesses can actively contribute to society.

Stefan is also co-founder and chairman of Kivra, a leading Nordic digital mailbox and payment platform that simplifies people’s daily lives while promoting a more digital and sustainable infrastructure.

Since January 2025, Stefan has been Practitioner in Residence at the Stockholm School of Economics’ House of Innovation, where he develops and shares the ideas behind Laghum Economy – a new framework for redesigning the market economy to operate within planetary boundaries.
