This workshop is co-created and led by Founders members Malin Lindfors Speace and Carl-Johan Hamilton to delve deeply into the topic with intensive exchanges among all participating Founders members.

2. Roundtable discussions based on each participating founder's experiences and challenges
3. Full group discussion based on key findings and value for each participant

• Malin Speace (LinkedIn): Founder and CEO of Ethos International - sustainability experts, and frequently engaged at the European level on ESG issues. Last week, Malin was a speaker at the European Commission.
• Carl-Johan Hamilton (LinkedIn): Founder of ANTS - tech recruiters and a leading figure in Sweden in AI and tech industry development, also the founder and host of TechRek Podden.

Both have been active members of Founders Group 2 in recent years.

Founders General Workshop

A flexible workshop based on the exchanges between participating founders to discuss opportunities and challenges in building and owning their companies. This is a nice conclusion to the productive day, preparing us for the Italian power gala.

The workshop will be led by Niclas Carlsson.
