Founders Workshop: How to Optimize Sales & Marketing with Björn Lundberg or General Growth Workshop

You can choose to participate in the Founders workshop: How Can We Make Better, More Data-Driven Decisions to Increase Sales and Optimize Marketing? with Björn Lundberg or a more General Growth Workshop.

1. How Can We Make Better, More Data-Driven Decisions to Increase Sales and Optimize Marketing? with Björn Lundberg

For entrepreneurs and business owners, making decisions based on the right data is crucial for growth and maximizing the impact of their time and resources. However, many find it challenging to determine:

  • Which data is important?
  • How to collect and interpret it?
  • Most importantly—how to turn insights into concrete actions that drive business forward, such as optimizing sales and marketing investments (i.e., saving time and money).

Purpose of the Workshop

  • Explore which data is actually needed to improve sales and marketing success.
  • Share experiences regarding the challenges and opportunities of working more data-driven.
  • Discuss how digital tools can provide the right decision-making support.

Group DiscussionsExamples of discussion topics for group work:

  • What are the biggest challenges you face today in making decisions about sales and marketing?
  • What do you currently base your decisions on—intuition, experience, guesses, or data?
  • If you had perfect information about your customers and market, what decisions would you make differently?
  • What key metrics or insights do you lack today to feel confident in your decisions?
  • What does your current process for collecting and using data in sales and marketing look like?
  • What works well, and what works less well?
  • What type of decision support (platforms, tools, processes) would help you become more data-driven?

Exploring Solutions

Björn, from the SaaS company Effektify, will demonstrate how others have successfully tackled these challenges. As part of the workshop, we will also showcase how the Effektify.com platform can serve as a concrete support by:

  • Automating the collection and analysis of marketing and sales data.
  • Providing clear insights and recommendations that lead to real business decisions.
  • Helping corporations and mid-sized companies compete with larger players through smart data utilization.

2. Founders Growth Workshop

A general workshop to introduce founders to each other and dive deep into key areas of company development. The focus will be on exchange between participants' challenges and opportunities to scale and sustain businesses. Each of you will receive input and share experiences of your growth, including your operative companies and other engagements (investments, impact, and ownership) with input from others.

Agenda

1. Short Intro and Welcome: The workshop facilitator will welcome participants and introduce the workshop, and act as the moderator to ensure a great exchange for all participants.

2. Participant Introductions and Input: Each participant will have time to introduce themselves and explain their number one challenge or opportunity for which they seek input from other founders.

3. General Exchange on Key Challenges: An exchange on the key challenges identified during the introductions.

Examples of Areas Covered in Earlier Founders Growth Workshops:

  • How to lead distributed organisations including merged/acquired companies
  • How to scale internationally and the role of the founder
  • Other ownership and engagements, such as investments in other firms
  • The business of doing good: our broader impact engagements within or outside our commercial companies
  • New innovation and what keeps me happy with entrepreneurship as a means: personal balance, health.

Thank you, and get ready for the networking and Founders Dinner. A few days before the workshop, you will get further details on who participate.
