We have arranged buses from Stockholm City Terminal to Fågelbro Säteri. Please look for “Founders Alliance” to find the correct departure gate when boarding.

Upon arrival at 5:00 PM, if you are staying overnight, check in, then unwind and connect before the mingle and dinner with one of the following activities (available until 7:00 PM):

• Spa & Relaxation – Enjoy the spa, steam sauna, traditional sauna, or the heated outdoor pool.
• Nature Walk or Run – Join Niclas and Nina for a refreshing walk or run along the scenic trails nearby.
• Games & Recreation – Play table tennis or a round of billiards in the recreation area.

If you prefer something more active or indulgent, you can book directly with the hotel for:

• Padel – Outdoor padel courts available.
• Cycling – Complimentary bicycles to explore the surroundings.
• Treatments – Spa and wellness treatments available upon reservation.

At 7:00 PM, join us for an engaging networking mingle, where you can connect with peer Founders Conference participants, share insights, exchange ideas, and enjoy an inspiring evening together.

The mingle will be followed by dinner, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment to strengthen connections.

The evening will continue with the Founders Dinner at Fågelbrohus, offering a relaxed and inspiring setting to deepen connections and celebrate our community.

For anyone not participating in the Founders Mingle and Dinner or not staying overnight, we have arranged transport. Please register if you would like to use this service.

We will meet outside the hotel at 7:30 AM to warm up before a refreshing run through the beautiful landscape around Fågelbro Säteri, enjoying its forest trails and the stunning proximity to the Stockholm Archipelago.

After the transport, we have arranged a Breakfast Mingle, with breakfast served from 7:00 AM, giving all participants a chance to connect and start the day together.

For virtual participants, this includes a break from computer time. Check-in starts 12:55 for the second session with your group.
