The Young Founder of the Year award acknowledges young global founders with the capacity to lead, inspire, and run successful companies. 

Criteria for Young Founder of the Year

• The nominees are under 30 years of age at the time of nomination

• have founded and runs a private or public limited company

• the founder and any co-founder together own at least 40% of the shares

• has a revenue of at least 50,000 EUR

• demonstrate significant potential for success

Assessed by the Founders Alliance Index and evaluated by experienced founders, the winners, one female and one male founder, will be awarded The Growth Rings in gold. The other outstanding finalists will be honored as silver winners of the Young Founder of the Year.
