The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitalization and the mobility of the world’s workforce. It will have a lasting impact on how we work in the future and the expectations we have on our workplace experience.
To be an attractive and future proof employer, it is more important than ever to have a clear strategy on how to create a genuine and successful Workplace Experience based on the interaction between People, Place and Technology. It means a clear plan of the Way of Working to reach the company vision and goals and what kind of offices and other work environments (home, co-working arenas etc.), digital tools, leader- & employee ship and culture that’s needed to support that in the very best way.
In this workshop we discuss the criteria for succeeding with a Distributed Way of Working. It will start off with an introductory presentation by Jennica Lenning followed by a highly interactive workshop based on key issues by participating founders.
Language of this workshop: Swedish if only Swedish participants, otherwise English
