Founders Growth Workshop
A general workshop to introduce founders to each other and dive deep into key areas of company development. The focus will be on exchange between participants' challenges and opportunities to scale and sustain businesses.Each of you will receive input and share experiences of your growth, including your operative companies and other engagements (investments, impact, and ownership) with input from others.
Agenda
1. Short Intro and Welcome: The workshop facilitator will welcome participants and introduce the workshop, and act as the moderator to ensure a great exchange for all participants.
2. Participant Introductions and Input: Each participant will have time to introduce themselves and explain their number one challenge or opportunity for which they seek input from other founders.
3. General Exchange on Key Challenges: An exchange on the key challenges identified during the introductions.

Matched meetings with 3-5 founders based on the workshop to stimulate exchange around challenges and opportunities that are key to each participant - how to help each other to further accelerate impact and business success.
3-course dinner with options for both alcohol-free and alcohol-based drinks. Matched seating with groups of 8 founders.
Participants. As part of the Founders Conference, we invite Founders Alliance Members, and VIP invited guests to join us in the afternoon for a Founders Growth Workshop, Business Unit Meets and the Founders Dinner.
Founders Growth Workshops. A workshop designed to connect founders and explore key areas of company growth. You'll exchange challenges and opportunities for scaling and sustaining businesses, sharing insights with peer founders about your companies and other engagements, such as investments and impact initiatives.
Founders Business Unit Meets. Matched meetings with 3-5 founders based on the workshop to stimulate business of doing good among all participants, as well as, other challenges and opportunities that are key to each participant - how to help each other to further accelerate impact and business success.
Optional Dinner: After the workshop at Hufvudsta Gård, we will come together for the Founders Dinner to share insights, build connections, and inspire new ideas in a relaxed setting.
This extra dinner is available for Founders Members who want an extra opportunity and for special invited Guest Founders. We will invoice 1205 SEK (ex.moms) for the Founders Dinner, inclusive of food and drinks.
