Founders Growth Workshop & Dinner, Helsingborg, Sweden

The Growth Workshop begins at 3:00 PM, but you are welcome to travel with us earlier and spend the day working from Maryhill Estate.

For your convenience, bus transportation is arranged from Malmö Central Station to Maryhill Estate, with an additional stop in Helsingborg to pick up participants along the way. 

The return bus will leave at 10:00 PM for those not staying overnight. If you plan to stay, please book your hotel room as soon as possible.

A general workshop to introduce founders to each other and dive deep into key areas of company development. The focus will be on exchange between participants' challenges and opportunities to scale and sustain businesses.

Each of you will receive input and share experiences of your growth, including your operative companies and other engagements (investments, impact, and ownership) with input from others.

Agenda

1. Short Intro and Welcome: The workshop facilitator will welcome participants and introduce the workshop, and act as the moderator to ensure a great exchange for all participants.

2. Participant Introductions and Input: Each participant will have time to introduce themselves and explain their number one challenge or opportunity for which they seek input from other founders.

3. General Exchange on Key Challenges: An exchange on the key challenges identified during the introductions.

Examples of Areas Covered in Earlier Founders Growth Workshops:

• How to lead distributed organisations including merged/acquired companies
• How to scale internationally and the role of the founder
• Other ownership and engagements, such as investments in other firms
• The business of doing good: our broader impact engagements within or outside our commercial companies
• New innovation and what keeps me happy with entrepreneurship as a means: personal balance, health.

Matched meetings with 3-5 founders based on the workshop to stimulate business of doing good among all participants, as well as, other challenges and opportunities that are key to each participant - how to help each other to further accelerate impact and business success.

Each unit will be seated in the Pool, Club & Spa areas on a spot in the Maryhill Estate.

3-course dinner with options for both alcohol-free and alcohol-based drinks. Matched seating with groups of 8 founders.

For those not staying overnight at Maryhill Estate, transportation will be available from Maryhill to Malmö Central Station, with an additional stop in Helsingborg to drop off participants along the way.
