Step away from the daily grind and join peer founders for an afternoon and evening designed to recharge, connect, and be inspired in the peaceful surroundings of Fågelbro Säteri. We depart from Stockholm City Terminal at 4 PM.

Spend your time as you wish:

  • Relax & unwind — enjoy the heated pool, saunas, and cozy lounges

  • Move in nature — forest walks, archipelago views, or a mindful reflection run to clear your mind and spark creativity

  • Play & connect — outdoor games like ping-pong, or indoor board games for social fun

The day concludes with a Founders Dinner, where ideas, stories, and inspiration flow freely. Overnight stay is optional — transport back to Stockholm City Terminal departs at 10 PM.

    Founders Alliance was established in 2001 by Niclas Carlsson. Today Founders Alliance is a premium collaborative business forum for founders of large-scale corporations, owners of international growth companies and engaged in multiple social impact initiatives around the globe.
