Founders Trip Marcialonga & Milan

All Founders will arrive at Milan Linate Airport (LIN), where a comfortable private coach awaits to transfer you directly to Cavalese.

Upon arrival at Milan Linate Airport, you will board our private coach for a smooth and scenic journey to Cavalese (3-4 hour ride).

To make the ride as pleasant as possible:

• Light food and coffee will be served onboard
• The bus is equipped with a toilet for your comfort
• Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views as we head into the mountains together!

After your bus trip, unwind with a soothing stretching and recovery session designed to relax your muscles and restore your energy. It’s the perfect way to ease into the trip and prepare for the exciting days ahead!

Passo di Lavazè – Skiing Above the Clouds

Join us for a bus excursion to Passo di Lavazè, one of Europe’s premier high-altitude cross-country ski areas at 1,800 meters. With trails suited for all levels and panoramic views over the Dolomites, it’s a true alpine gem.

We will break for lunch at a cozy mountain hut (rifugio), where local flavors meet unforgettable scenery.

Race Prep & Local Discoveries in Val di Fiemme 

Visit the Marcialonga Expo & Stadium to collect your bib, explore sponsor showcases, and soak up the race-day atmosphere. 

For non-racers, enjoy an optional guided snowshoe walk, a fun session on the sledding hill, or a scenic village tour of Cavalese. 

Racers can join a focused stretching and mobility session, followed by a strategy meet-up with course insights, tips, and final race prep.

Carb-Load & Unwind at Excelsior 

Enjoy an early pasta dinner at Excelsior, one of the top pizza and pasta spots in town – perfect fuel for the big day ahead. Then it’s time to wind down for an early night of rest to be fresh and ready for race day.

Race Day – It’s Time! 

A shuttle bus will be waiting outside the hotel to transfer you to your designated starting point between 07:00–08:30, depending on your start time and distance.

Don’t forget to plan your breakfast accordingly. 

• Transfer to the race start – Moena (70 km) or Mazzin (45 km)
• Take part in Marcialonga 2025 – an unforgettable ski adventure! 
• Spectator zones will be organized along the course for friends and supporters to cheer you on!

Post-Race Celebration in Cavalese

After crossing the finish line, it’s time to celebrate! Join us for a finishers’ toast, medal photos, and well-earned smiles.

In the evening, we will gather for a celebration dinner filled with good food, shared stories, and a fun prize draw to wrap up an unforgettable Marcialonga experience.

Group Transfer from Cavalese to Milan – Hotel Dei Cavalieri 

Departing from Cavalese, we will embark on a scenic journey to Milan, with an estimated travel time of approximately 4.5 hours. Upon arrival, we'll check into the elegant Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo, conveniently located just 200 meters from Piazza Duomo.

Upon arrival in Milan, we will check in at the Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo, a historic hotel just 200 meters from Piazza Duomo. 

After settling in, join us on the rooftop terrace for an evening of networking, offering panoramic views of the city. 

For those interested in exploring, an optional walking tour of central Milan is available, providing insights into the city's rich history and architecture. 

Alternatively, enjoy some free time to visit Milan's renowned shopping districts, such as the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, or the Navigli district, known for its vibrant canals and boutiques.​
