Welcome to Founders Group Leaders Summit at Smådalarö Gård!

We warmly welcome you to the Founders Group Leaders Summit on November 11, 2025, at Smådalarö Gård Spa & Hotel.

The day begins at 2:00 PM with Founders Group Leaders Networking, followed by the Group Leaders Workshop and and after that specially invited Founders Alliance members to lead:

  • Workshop on Dynamic Leadership - a hands-on workshop for groups with Karin Tenelius
  • Founders Reflection Walk - designed to create deeper connections and inspire mental shifts while leaving you feeling energized with Neo Moreton

After this, you will have the opportunity for further exchange with all Founders Group leaders, optional spa and sauna, and the day will conclude with the Founders Group Leaders Dinner.

Overnight Stay (Optional Supplement)

We have pre-booked rooms. If you would like to book a hotel room, please ensure you register, and we will invoice you for a one-night stay from November 11–12, including spa access and a stunning breakfast.

Transport to and from Smådalarö Gård

We have arranged transportation:

  • To Smådalarö Gård: Departure at 1:00 PM from Stockholm City Central
  • Return to Stockholm City: After the Founders Dinner on November 11.

For those staying overnight:

  • Morning transport on November 12: Departure at 7:30 AM to Stockholm City Terminal.
  • For those attending the Founders Conference at Hufvudsta Gård Boutique House on November 12, the bus will continue directly to Hufvudsta Gård.

Overview

Participants The Founders Group Leaders Summit is an annual gathering exclusively for our Founders Group Leaders as part of Founders Alliance.

Transport Please notify us during registration if you require transportation to and from Smådalarö Gård. A bus has been arranged, departing from Stockholm City Terminal at 01:00 PM and returning from Smådalarö Gård to Stockholm City Terminal at 10:00 PM.

If you choose to stay overnight, transportation will be provided on November 12 at 7:30 AM from Smådalarö Gård to Stockholm City Terminal. Founders Group Leaders attending the Founders Conference at Hufvudsta Gård Boutique House on November 12 will remain on the bus for direct transport to Hufvudsta Gård.

If you prefer to drive, simply search for Smådalarö Gård on your GPS or phone. Parking for hotel guests is available just before the entrance.

Not Included Flights and overnight accommodation at Smådalarö Gård are not included.

Hotel We have pre-booked standard single hotel rooms. If you require a room, we will book one for you upon registration and send an invoice. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable.

If you wish to upgrade your room, let us know as soon as possible, and we will check availability with the hotel.

Additional Information Closer to the event, you will receive further details from Founders Alliance, including specific parts of the afternoon workshop and one-on-one meetings.

This information will be sent within one to two weeks before the Founders Group Leaders Summit.
