Founders Group Leaders Summit 2026, Stockholm, Sweden

A bus will take you from Stockholm City Central to Fågelbrohus — just look for “Founders Alliance” on the departure sign!

Before the Group Leaders Summit begins, check in to the hotel and enjoy a coffee mingle with peer Group Leaders.

Niclas Carlsson opens the session with a warm welcome and presents the day’s agenda, outlining the purpose, key topics, and goals for the Founders Group Leaders Workshop.

Each Group Leader presents their leadership model and meeting format, including reflections on outcomes from the past year and how they value last year’s conferences. Together, participants explore:

• Each group’s key success factor

• Each group’s main challenge — and how to address it based on shared experience

• Opportunities for cross-group collaboration and shared value creation

• Themes for the coming year, both for each group and for the Founders Conferences

The session concludes with each table sharing their key insights and takeaways, contributing to the collective development of the Founders Alliance community.

Next Step

The outcomes of the workshop will be documented and shared with all Group Leaders. The leadership team will integrate your insights into Founders Alliance’s ongoing strategic work and present a summary to the Founders Board. Niclas will also meet with any absent Group Leaders to collect their individual perspectives.

Niclas will present suggested locations and proposed dates for the 2027 and 2028 Founders Conferences and Group Leaders Workshops. Group Leaders will discuss, provide input, and agree on the final plans. 

The goal is to host these gatherings in inspiring cities that reflect Founders Alliance’s network and entrepreneurial spirit, continuing to strengthen collaboration, leadership, and the evolution of the Founders community.

A dynamic 2-hour workshop for Group Leaders, set in the inspiring natural surroundings of Fågelbrohus and the relaxing spaces of the spa area, including calming yoga sessions. 

The workshop also includes time to change, relax, and internalize your experiences. Explore how your innate qualities (nature) and learned behaviors (nurture) shape your leadership, and learn to balance both for confident, strategic decision-making.

In this session, you will:

• Reflect on Leadership Origins: Understand the traits that influence your style and leverage both nature and nurture.

• Awaken Conscious Leadership: Identify strengths and growth areas to enhance your leadership impact.

• Strengthen Strategic Vision: Gain tools to lead with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

All participants of the Founders Conference on May 20th are invited to arrive at 5:00 PM to settle in and get comfortable. 

At 7:00 PM, join us for an engaging networking mingle, where you can connect with peer Founders Conference participants, share insights, exchange ideas, and enjoy an inspiring evening together. 

The mingle will be followed by dinner, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment to strengthen connections.

The evening will continue with the Founders Dinner at Fågelbrohus, offering a relaxed and inspiring setting to deepen connections and celebrate our community.

For Group Leaders Not Participating in the Founders Conference on May 20th. You are welcome to stay overnight at Fågelbrohus.

If you would like to participate as a guest in a Founders Group, please let us know in advance. Alternatively, you can work from Fågelbrohus during the day on May 20th, join us for breakfast and lunch, and take the bus back at 5:00 PM, or let us know if you would like transportation after the dinner.
