Founders Alliance invites you to Founders Conference with large scale founders for valuable exchange between peers on the reinvention and reshaping of our companies. 

Join us this May to meet the challenges of the present moment and work to build stronger companies and a healthier world for all. In the course of the day participants can decide to take part in all or individual activities, various interactive workshops, webinars both on-line as well as physical one-to-one business meetings. 

This conference will offer valuable insights for all participants in their exchange with peer group large scale founders. Collaboration is never more important than in our challenging times if we are to pivot, strive and create sustainable positive impact as founders.

Due to covid-19

Founders Alliance follows recommendations and measures taken to prevent the spread of the covid-19 infection. Both according to the Public Health Agency's guidelines and the Swedish Pandemic Law.

If pandemic still is ongoing in May we will ensure that we do not exceed 8 participants, all members will gather in smaller and separate venues in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm, or participate in groups virtually during the Founders Conference the 18th of May, 2021.

  • we do not exceed 8 participants
  • meetings only take place with your own Founders Group
  • you can choose to participate virtually

Close contact and long-term meetings increase the risk of spreading the infection, which is why we will serve lunch and dinner in group rooms, spread out in the room (all rooms are larger sized than normal to be able to keep distance).

Personal responsibility. You are obliged to take precautionary measures to protect yourself and others against the spread of covid-19. You should think how you can avoid becoming infected and how to avoid infecting others. You have to show consideration for your fellow human beings, which is particularly important in relation to people in risk groups.

Basic precautions. To avoid the spread of covid-19 you should

  • stay home in case of symptoms of covid-19,
  • wash your hands often and thoroughly or use hand sanitizer, and
  • stay informed about specific recommendations from The Swedish Public Health Agency.

It is up to everyone to show respect to their member colleagues.

Overview

Participants. Founders Conference is part of Founders Alliance consisting of members who pay an annual membership fee. There are no sponsors or other financial contributions. 

Your Founders Group. You will also receive separate information directly from your Group Leader, including specific details of your group sessions 1 – 2 weeks before the Founders Conference.

Founders Alliance at a Glance

Founders Alliance Sweden was established in 2002 by Niclas Carlsson together with fifty entrepreneurs who joined him to start a collaborative forum of large scale founders. 

All shared a vision for sustainable and large international corporate creation, responsible ownership with positive societal impact, the very same values that are upheld to this day. 

Founders Alliance is the premier collaborative business forum for Sweden's top founders. Its membership is comprised of over 400 high performing founders, owners in a network of 2000 companies stretching across all industries and areas of expertise.
